As Executive Chairman, Martin’s role is to help shape the strategic direction of Acentis, strengthen its market positioning and ensure the business is built around credible, board-level leadership rather than generic consultancy.
Martin has led and supported businesses through growth, change, restructuring, investment, technology adoption and commercial scale-up. He brings a strong focus on strategy, value creation, governance, client confidence and the integration of technology and AI into modern leadership models.
At Acentis, Martin is particularly focused on positioning the business as a premium C-Suite as a Service platform, helping clients access the right executive leadership at the right time.
