How we engage
Chief Human Resources leadership is delivered on a fractional or interim basis, embedded within the organisation and aligned closely with the board, Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team.
Engagements are designed to either reinforce an existing people leadership team or provide full CHRO leadership for a defined period, adding senior people capability, judgement and leadership where it is most needed. Acentis CHROs operate at board level where appropriate, ensuring people strategy, culture and capability support organisational goals.
